Specific responsibilities include the following:

  • Provide support on the organization and maintenance of the communication templates matrix related to the Whole Unit Repair and Whole Unit Exchange businesses (order confirmation, repair details and delivery notifications, as well as Exceptions notification email templates), Repair Letters and any other standard communication to customer.
  • Responsible to keep the schedule of templates readiness in the different phases of the project development.
  • Support in the design, implementation and correction of the communication messages both in the existing environment and their adaptation to the new ERP
    Capture and carry out the execution of all needed corrections.
  • Create and organize the repository solution for templates storage and accessing
  • Proactively communicate the status of the project to the key stakeholders.
  • Identify areas of improvement and optimization and drive the necessary actions to implement them into the final solution.
