We’re looking for a full-time SaaS Customer Marketing Manager to join our clients Marketing team.
Our client, based in Barcelona, is a fast-growing internet safety startup whose mission is to provide a safe digital experience for every child.
- Your main duty will be to focus on building long-term customer relationships.
- You will be responsible for development of consumer relation strategies to increase user success, engagement, loyalty and satisfaction as well as execution, and continuous refinement of multi-channel user relations.
We are looking for someone with extensive cross-functional collaboration, very strong analytical, good communication and excellent project managerial skills that will enable you to effectively execute multiple responsibilities.
- Turn customer behaviour metrics into growth opportunities that help customer succeed while meeting the business goals.
- Build multi-channel client communication strategies with a vision of growing consumer loyalty and increasing their lifetime value to the business.
- Ensure consistency in all consumer contact initiatives.
- Collaborate with product, customer support and other departments in an effort to develop and launch suitable initiatives.
- Manage third-party vendors in order to improve consumer communications.
- Run CRM campaigns and introduce new capabilities for the purpose of meeting emerging business needs and changing market trends.
- Track and analyse success metrics related to customer marketing and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven work experience in Customer Marketing or similar role
- Experience in SaaS
- Experience with CRM/Marketing Automation tools
- Strong analytical mindset and orientation towards results
- Strong communication skills
- Strong strategic vision
- A self motivated individual who can work under tight schedules and meet deadlines
- Fluent in English
- Relevant university degree or equivalent
