BETWEEN currently has a team of 500 people working in the fields of automotive, aerospace, railway, Oil & Gas, retail, the world of sports, education, etc.

Also, we develop turn-key projects with our client in the latest technologies: FCB, HP, FICOSA… 

You will be responsible for third level incidences in Salesforce team for a German Retail company located close to Barcelona.

In the team are up to 8 persons and a TL to report all your work

 

You will be joining directly the client’s team after 6 months collaborating with Between.

 

What will you do? 

  • You will give technical support to CRM users of the company
  • You will support in English 
  • You will detect failures on the apps and the CRM and will improve it
  • You will have the support of your team

Requisitos

  • Technical background
  • Experienced as technical support Salesforce 
  • High level of English
  • Valuable German
