Between Technology is firmly committed to continous learning. To prove a point: more than 100 training initiatives have been implemented along 2016.

The goal of the courses, which covered a wide range of specialities (from languages to technical skills) and were attended by over 300 people, was to enhance the skills and training of Betweeners in order to prepare them to deal with the challenges raised by ever-changing market requirements.

Training is essential to career development in any sphere, but it is particularly important for those working in the information technology sector (ICT) to constantly update their knowledge and skills, which means that those in IT jobs must be committed to training.

Between intends to continue to make training one of the company’s priorities in order to bring added value to the company, and to achieve this it will increase its range of courses in 2017 so that Betweeners can acquire knowledge and skills in new areas.
