Between Technology will be participating this year at Entérate Jobs, a selection forum for engineers organized by B4Work that will be held on March 16 at the Catalonia Barcelona Plaza Hotel in Plaza España.

The event is designed as a job selection forum and not as a regular job fair, since the latter “are already outdated”, as the event coordinators claim in their blog. The aim of Entérate Jobs is that future engineers can be interviewed by companies of their sector, and at the same time these companies get the chance to meet the talent of the coming generations.

The only requirement for attending Entérate Jobs is to be under 30 and to be currently on the final stages of any engineering degree. If you meet them, you can sign up for the event.

One of the main differences between Entérate Jobs and other similar events is the way in which they organize their participants. A previous careful selection of candidates ensures the perfect timing for interviews on the event day, and it also ensures that candidates are only interviewed by those companies that better fit the future engineers’ profiles.

When an engineering student signs up for the event -through Talent Clue‘s website, Entérate Jobs‘ official partner- a recruiter will conduct a first interview and an English test over the phone. From this moment on, and depending on the future engineer’s profile, the organization will assign all the interviews that the candidate will be having on the event day.

Everything runs smoothly on the event day. Future engineers are accredited and can go directly to the programmed interviews. This event is also a great opportunity to get to know companies of their sector as well as to meet other future engineers like them.

Great companies such as Vodafone, Hewlett Packard, Accenture or Sellbytel Group (among others) will also be attending Entérate Jobs 2016 and sharing space with Between Technology.

For our company, participating in this event represents a new opportunity to be in touch with today’s academic reality and recruit young talents.

Entérate Jobs, which was celebrated last year for the first time in Madrid, will be present this year in 3 Spanish cities: Barcelona, Valencia and Madrid.

Its first edition, in which Between Technology was represented by Madrid’s office, received more than 1000 registrations, 480 visitors and more than 120 interviewed engineers.
