Technology consulting firm Solid Engineering, which specializes in Engineering and Operations, has agreed to a merger with Adiciona, an IT services provider. The merger, will take effect on July 1, 2015, will create a new firm called BETWEEN Technology, and expects to generate over 12.5 million euros in revenue this year and increase its staff to over 280 people.
