Eli Abad, founding partner of BETWEEN Technology, has been interviewed by the programme “Metropoli” from Radio Nacional in Catalonia, within the section “Més que feina” (“More than jobs”), to talk about women’s technological talent. BETWEEN is specialist in talent recruitment and is very aware of the increase of the number of women in the technological sector. In this interview, Eli talks about the vocation for STEM careers, the lack of female role models within this environment, and the strategies companies can carry out in order to avoid biases.
