Between Technology is launching its new IT Solutions division to provide added value to its customers. This business line, which was previously restricted to very specific services, will allow the company to offer customised projects tailored to individual customer needs.
The new IT Solutions unit is divided into five areas: Software Factory, Support & Operation Services, Business Intelligent Platform (Atomian), Multimedia Services, and Cloud Services. The first three can be carried out either at the customer location or remotely, leveraging the potential of Between Technology consultants.
The Software Factory solutions are possibly in greatest demand. With more than 30 development consultants available, projects undergo prior assessment and are led at all times by a Project Manager. The customer has permanent access to the Project Management tool used by Between to monitor any aspect of interest.
The Support & Operation Services area will mainly provide HelpDesk and ServiceDesk services to handle any incidents reported by your internal customers. On-site or remote support, or a combination of both, will be provided.
As a partner of Atomian, the powerful data extraction, analysis and presentation tool using natural language, the Business Intelligent Platform area will allow Between Technology to develop front-ends; we manage the data extraction and provide support on incidents arising during the service rollout phase.
Multimedia Services –which ADICIONA, one of the two companies that merged to form Between Technology, had been offering for over 10 years – offers the possibility of managing any part of the audiovisual process.
Lastly, the fast growth of Cloud Computing use among companies – in Spain 65% of large companies and 40% of medium-sized ones are already using Cloud infrastructure in 2016 – has led to the creation of this area specialising in the design of complex projects for migrating entire systems to Cloud Computing solutions.
